SEA LIONS IN THE GALAPAGOS

Through the conservation efforts of the Ecuadorian government, the Galapagos Islands are one of the few places on earth in which animals never learned to fear humans. Because of this, the animals are playful and curious. The sea lions of the Galapagos are no exception; on land they pose for you, and in the water they swim with you. Growing up in California where sea lions tend to more aggressive than inviting, this experience was unique, rare, and beautiful.
